CUSTOMS REVENUE.

REDUCTION AT WELLINGTON. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 31. The net Customs revenue in Wellington last month was £267,976, which is £57,809 less than -in August last year. A drop was shown in everything but tyres, which were up by £2591. The total for eight months was £2,282,843, compared with £2,416,290 in the eight months of 1939. The totals for the five months of the financial year are £1,519,160 and £1,923,727 respectively.
