FIFTY-TWO CHARGES.
Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Aug. 2b. Pleading guilty to 52 charges of obtaining money by valueless cheques at Wanganui, New Plymouth, Auckland, Christchurch, Petonc, Hastings, Napier, and Dunedin, Henry Lorraine Scotty, a labourer, was to-day sentenced to two years’ reformative detention.
