BOUNDARY FIXED.

MANCHUKUO AND MONGOLIA. TOKIO, Aug. 26. The Domei News Agency’s Hsinking (Manchukuo) correspondent says it is reported that a joint statement has been issued by the Governments of Manchukuo and Russia’s Outer Mongolian protectorate, announcing a complete agreement regarding the precise border of demarcation between the two countries. Delegates have left Chita (in the Far East area of Russia) to fix the boundary line.

Disputes concerning the boundary between Manchukuo and Outer Mongolia have resulted in several armed clashes between Japanese and Soviet troops in recent years.
