A message from Berlin states that the Rumanian Propaganda Minister (M. Ciainic), and also the Director ot Tourist Services, well-known journalists, and members of a trade delegation to Germany were among the 14 persons killed when a passenger plane from Bucharest crashed in the mountains in Western Rumania in a hailstorm.
