EX-SERVICEMEN’S CLUB.

An enjoyable dance was held in the Orange Hall by the Imperial Ex-Ser-vicemen’s Club in aid of the minesweepers’ fund, which was • well attended and proved very successful financially. Prizes were donated by friends and committee members and tho winners were: Lucky door ticket, Miss June Carruthers; lucky Gay Gordons, Air Brown and Mrs Jury; Monte Carlo, Mr and Mrs Horgan. Supper was donated by the management committee and was well served and managed by the ladies’ committee. The duties of M.C. were carried out by the president.
