RAILWAY TRAFFIC.
SUSPENSION IN FRANCE. Received August 21, 10.30 a.m. VICHY, Aug. 20. All railway traffic between occupied and unoccupied France lias been suspjended under a German order without a public reason. A similar suspension was reported some weeks ago.
