S.P.C.A. CONCERNED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 21. A decision to circularise kindred societies to ascertain their views on the question of approaching the Government to have live hare coursing banned was unanimously carried at a meeting of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. It was further decided to gather relevant evidence upon the conduct of the Dunedin club’s June meeting for procuring legal opinion on the advisability of launching a prosecution on the ground of crueltv :
