Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 20'. Hon. H. Wilson, Leader of the Legislative- Council and Associate Minister of National Service, will ’eave Wellington to-morrow morning on a lour of a portion of the North Island for the purpose of meeting representatives of local bodies to discuss the formation of the Emergency Reserve Corps, which includes the Home Guard. He will attend meetings'at Masterton, Napier, Gisborne, Whakatane, New Plymouth, Hawera and Wanganui, returning to Wellington on Tuesday.
