JAPANESE BUSINESS MAN. Received August 6. 1.50 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 5. It is understood the Home Secretary (Sir John Anderson) decided that the evidence available against Mr S. Makihara, the Japanese business man who was released, was insufficient to justify his continued detention.
