COOLNESS AND COURAGE. LONDON, Aug. 3. The citation of Flying-Officer Neville Williams’s D.F.C. states that three enemv planes attacked the plane captained by Williams while returning from the Ruhr last' month. One and possibly two of tho enemy were shot down and the third driven off. Flying-Officer Williams brought back bis plane to the base, although it was riddled with bullets. He has participated in 21 attacks against Germany and occupied countries since the outbreak of the war and has displayed coolness, courage and real leadership. His mother lives at Auckland.
