EX-SERVICEMEN’S CLUB.

The Imperial Ex-Scrviccmcn’s Social Club held its monthly social and dance in the Orange Hall, there beinga, large attendance. Songs were sung •by Miss Juno Best, and were much appreciated; the accompanist was Mr Spencer.. Mr A. Penlold again favoured the audience with old-time songs, which received •much applause; the accompanist being Mr R. D. Armstrong. A Monte Carlo dance was won by Mr and Mrs Millar. The president (Mr H. TT. Allison) thanked all who had assisted in making the evening enjoyable. Music was supplied by ilrs O’Brien for an extra dance. Mr lb D. Armstrong was M.C., and supper was served by the ladies’ committee, Mesdamcs H. G. Ram, S. Thomson, F. Coleman, S. Sheldrake, E. AV. Thompson,’ G. Best, H. li. Allison, G. (J. Moxham and R. D. Armstrong.
