COURT GRANTS APPEAL. LONDON, July 21, A woman who is separated from her husband asked Leeds magistrates to vary an order giving tlie husband access to their child to enable her to take the child to Canada. The husband opposed the application on the ground that it would be more dangefous to cross the Atlantic than to stay in Britain The Chairman, granting the application, said he thought the lesser danger was for the child to eioss the Atlantic.
