RUMANIA’S FRONTIERS
FUTURE OF TRANSYLVANIA. Received August 3, 11 a.m. BUCHAREST, Aug. 2. M. Julius Maniu, the leader of the five-million strong Peasant Party in a speech said Transylvania should be established autonomously, even under Russian . protection, rather than return to Hungary. The Peasant Party noted that England, America, Italy and Germany are protesting against the revision of Rumania frontiers. '•
