ADDITIONAL TAN,
BUCHAREST, Aug. 1. An additional tax of 7 per cent ad valorem will be imposed on oil shwiped abroad, malting a total of -0 per cent, payable before the oil crosses the frontier. . . Oil circles say the new tax is unjust to the producer because Germany, the largest consumer of Rumanian oil, will not pay a penny more.
