In the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday, before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., Francis Livingstone Turner, labourer, aged 49, pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing 2s, the property of A. G. Wallace. Mr Ongley appeared for accused. Sergeant Murphy said accused was found taking the money from a milk juff Accused was placed on probation for twelve months.
