PETROL RATIONING.
START IN AUSTRALIA. MELBOURNE, June 12. The Minister of Supply (Sir Frederick Stewart) announces that the Federal Ministry has decided to introduce a petrol rationing scheme, and details are being worked out. Ihe rationing will become effective in about six weeks. The Government aims at a 33 per cent, reduction in petrol consumption. _____
