SECRET SESSION.
PREMIER’S HINT. WILLINGNESS EXPRESSED. (By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, May 20. A secret session of the New Zealand Parliament, so that there can be the freest and fullest discussion of the Dominion’s war effort, may bo held, according to a statement made to-day in an interview. The Prime Minster (Hon. P. Fraser) said that, if the House decided on this course, the Government would willingly accede to the request, and the session would be field at tho earliest possible moment,
