A Belgrade message says a protocol in the Yugoslavian-Russian agreement, provides for the exchange of trade delegations with the rights and pribileges of diplomatic missions. The Soviet reserves the right to open trade offices in Yugoslavian towns other than Belgrade with the same privileges.
