INTERHOUSE SPORTS.

Mr J. Engle presided over a meeting of the Business Girls’ Interhouse Association on Tuesday, when Mr S. MeNicol, of the recreation branch of the Internal Affairs Department, explained a proposed visit of teams to compete in the interhouse marching display at New Plymouth during the Christinas holidays. Mr McNicol said that the project had met with great enthusiasm by the members of the AVairarapa Association. It was reported that over 40 from Masterton had signified their intention of going already. Those present expressed the opinion that the project was an excellent one.
