MANAWATU CLUB. The weather yesterday was ideal for golfers, the slight frosty nip in the air adding exhilaration to the play. An open medal round for patriotic funds will be played on Tuesday next, players to choose their own partners otherwise to arrange at the links. An entrance fee of Is is to be charged.
