The Limited express, which is scheduled to arrive in Palmerston North from Auckland at 6.55 a.m., did not arrive this morning until 7.38 o’clock. A special train from Auckland, which was conveying members of the Women’s Institutes from the Auckland and Waikato districts to Wellington for the Centennial Exhibition was scheduled to arrive in Palmerston North this morning at 8.22 but arrived ail hour behind schedule.
