MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

A youlh aged 20 years, whose .name was suppressed, appeared before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court yesterday, charged, with the theft of a camera, valued at £3O, golf clubs, etc. He was admitted to probation for three years on the .special conditions that he take out a prohibition order and keep it in force for three years and also refrain from attending dances except with the permission of the Probation Officer. He was also ordered to make restitution to the amount, of £l3 7s Get.
