STEAMER TORPEDOED.
QUIET IN WEST. LONDON, April 18. _ The British steamer Swain by (4935 tons) was torpedoed off the north Scottish coast last night. The crew have been landed. A French official communique. says it was a quiet day on the whole (states a British Official Wireless report).
