DIRECTORS REAPPOINTED. PERIOD OF THREE YEARS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 18. The reappointment of Air A. T. Donnelly' and Air J. Dowgray as representing the Government on the board ‘of directors of tho Bank of New Zealand was announced at a meeting of the hoard to-day. The appointments- are for three years as from April 1. Air Donnelly was re-elected chairman of the hoard. The board also announced that, subject to audit, it would recommend to shareholders at the annual meeting on June 21 the payment of a final dividend of Is a share to be paid to ordinary shareholders for the last half-year, making the distribution the same as for the previous year. Tho directors approved tho payment of a bonus to the staff of 7* per cent, on salaries.
