RIVAL GOVERNMENTS. NANKING March 22. While the Chungking Government’s spokesman issued a warning that it will not he responsible for any acts of the “Nanking traitors” whose treaties will not bind China, Mr "Wang Ching-wei’s supporters concluded a conference at which it was resolved to liquidate the Chungking regime, invalidate any Chungking treaties made after March. 30, order soldiers to cease hostilities, and civil servants at present in Chungking to return to Nanking.
