Y.M.C.A. COMMISSIONER. (Bv Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, March 20. The national council of the Y.M.C.A. has appointed Mr H. Shove, the president of the New Zealand Manufacturers’ Association, who is a public accountant practising in Auckland, to he Us Overseas Commissioner. Mr Shove, who is expected to leave with the Third Echelon of the Expeditionary Force, will be in general charge of the' welfare work for the New Zealand Services overseas. Lie has had experience of Y.M.C.A. secretarial work and was formerly lion, secretary of the Presbyterian Bible Class Union.
