LEAGUE COMMISSION. GENEVA, March 19. Bound by bonds of a strictly agricultural nature, delegates from 20 countries, including France, Germany, England, Italy, Czechoslovakia and Poland, calmly face each other at the conference table of a meeting of the International Commission for Agricultural Industries. There is no place in the agenda for ideology, for polities or for ethnology, except as they affect the cultivation of sugar and ‘similar arts of husbandry.
