PREMIER’S ILLNESS.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 20. Sincere sympathy with Mr Savage in his illness is expiessed in a telegram sent to Hon. P. Eraser by the general secretary of the New Zealand National Party (Mr D. W. McClurg). The telegram reads: —- “On behalf of tlie National Party I desire to express our most sincere sympathy in tlie present serious illness of the Prime Minister. Although our views may differ on political matters, we have always appreciated the sincerity of Mr Savage and the humanity behind his outlook on all questions.”
