CAUSE OF BOMBER CRASH. Per Press Association. DUNK DIN, Fell. 20. A statement regarding the finding of the Court of Inquiry into the accident to the Baffin bomber at M’aitnairi Beach was made by Hon. F. Jones, lie said the Court had found that Ihe aircraft and engine were serviceable before the (light, and that there was no failure of the controls or any other part of the structure in flight. Tlie accident was due solely to an error of judgment. The aircraft lost flying speed when coming out of a turn, and did not have sufficient height to recover from tlie resulting spin.
