RUSSIAN DIVISION, REMNANTS ANNIHILATED. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) HELSINKI, Feb. 19. A Finnish communique announces the annihilation, by death or capture, of the shattered remnants of the 18,000 comprising the 18th Division of the Russian Army, whose rout was described on February 5. The Russians renewed their attack on Taibela, but lost a battalion and six tanks. Attacking new Finnish positions elsewhere, they were dispersed. A Finnish column took guns, ma-chine-guns and ammunition. The Finns’ increasing aerial efficiency lost the Russians 24 ’planes on February IS. A Stockholm report says that King Gustav's pronouncement has caused a sensation in Sweden which considers he has given a striking lead to the Government’s supporters whose standpoint he has now made his own.
