HOPE FOR CZECHS.
MESSAGE OF ENCOURAGEMENT. PARTS, Dec. 31. The Czechoslovak Committee, in a world-wide manifesto, urges those now in Czechoslovakia not to lose heart while (he Allies and Czechs are fighting for their redemption. The manifesto calls on Czechs in all countries to rally to defend their fatherland. It condemns Germany’s territorial seizures and prophesies that the Czechs will reassemble in their nativo land to rebuild it in strength and beauty.
