The. United States Maritime Commission has approved the application by the United States Linos Company to sell eight ships to the North Atlantic Transport Company, a Norwegian corporation. The ships will operate between New York, London, and Liverpool. Norwegians hold GO per cent, of the stock in the United States Lines and 40 per cent, of the slock in the Norwegian concern.
