SYDNEY, Jan. 2. Archbishop Panico, who has been appointed by the Pope as Papal Legate to the Catholic Centenary celebrations in New Zealand, will leave Sydney soon, accompanied by Monsignor T. King. MELBOURNE, Jan. 2. 1 Frank Neil, the notable Australian entrepreneur, lias died in hospital following a ear crash. He was aged fifty.
