INDIAN LEADERS.
CONFERENCE WITH VICEROY. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 2, 12.15 p.m. NEW DELHI, Nov. 1. One of the most momentous conferences in India’s political history opened at the Viceroy’s residence when Lord Linlithgow met Mr Gandhi, Mr Prasad (President of the Congress) and Mr Jinnah (President of the Moslem League). This is the first time that the Viceroy lias met the party leaders. After a round table conference the three leaders conferred privately.
