CYCLE CHAMPIONSHIP
HANDICAPS DECLARED. The outstanding event of the road cycling season, the 100-milo Palmerston North to W'ellington race, will be hold on Saturday, with 67 starters. This year the rider making fastest time will win the North Island title. '
