MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Three charges were preferred against Fiona Mary llollier, aged 56, of n;> lixed abode, when she appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday. Air 11. P. La wry. SJI.. was on the Bench. The first charge was that on July 28 she committed mischief in damaging a pot plant valued at 8s Gd, the property of Mrs F. Houlihan; the second, that oil July 28, she was found on licensed premises when such were required to lis e'esod. and the third, that on July 28, failed to give her name and address, ■u required to do so. to a police constable. Accused pleaded guilty to the first charge and not guilty to the other two. On the first charge she was ordered to make good the damage, on the second she was fined £l, and on the third she was convicted and discharged.
