PAUL SCHRAMM RECITAL.
Paul Schramm, the famous Austrian pianist, now a resident of New Zealand, created a sensation in bis first tour of the country last year. Critics throughout the Dominion were impressed and delighted with his brilliant style, his superb technique and • his intense individuality. The Director of Music in Schools wrote in the Christchurch Press; “Paul Schramm possesses a masterly technique in every way adequate to all the demands of the music lie performs, but he possesses more than this. Sound thinking dominates his work, giving a. sure control by which emotion and imagination arc expressed through his choice of colour, dynamic variations, phrase shaping and tempo variety.” The concert ■to be given by Schramm in the Rcsco tearooms to-night lias been arranged by the combined musical societies of Palmerston North.
