CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES.
Love was the subject of the LessonSermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, on Sunday. The Golden Text was Jude 1: 21: “Keep yourselves in the love of God. looking lor the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.’’ Among the citations which comprised the lesson-ser-mon were the following from the Bible: “Let love bo without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Owe no man any thing, blit to love one another: for ho that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.” (Rom. 12: 9, 13: 8.) Also the following passages from the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health AA iih Key to the Scriptures.” by Alary Baker Eddy: “It, should be Giorouglily understood that all men have one mind, one God and Father, one life, truth, and love. AA r ith one Father, even God, the whole fa mil v of man would be brethren ; and with one mind, and that God. or good, tbe brotherhood of man wonbl consist of love and truth, and have unity of principle and spiritual power which constitute divine sconce.” (pp. 467, -170 )
