BELGIAN VISIT.
PREPARATIONS FOR ROYALTY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 29. Belgium is preparing for the State visit of Their Majesties to return the recent visit of King Leopold to the Court of St. James. It is understood Their Majesties will travel to Osteiul on October 21 ill a warship, and will proceed by rail to Brussels, when' King Leopold will greet them, after which they will drive in a procession to the Royal Palace. The visit will extend over three days.
