EFFICIENCY TESTS
AUCKLAND PROTEST. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, July 28. At a largely attended special meeting of public servants in Auckland tonight the matter of the efficiency tests recently notified by the Public Service Commissioners was fully discussed. A resolution was carried recording a strong protest against the efficiency tests and requesting the executive committee of the association to place these views before the Public Service Commissioner and, if necessary, the Government, with the object of their withdrawal.
