PROGRAMME ARRANGED. At a meeting of the Dominion Pipe Hand contest committee the programme for the contest in January was arranged. The following events were decided on:—Drum-majors’ display: A grade, CIA £5. £'3; B grade, £l2 10s, £5, £2 10s. Quickstep:" A grade. £50,.£20. £lO. £5; n grade. £3O. £ls. £B, £5. Test selection: A grade, £-10, £2O, £lO. £5; B grade. £3O. £ls. £lO. £5. Aggregate: A grade, £10; B grade, £5. Drum-majors’ stave flourishing contest: £3. £1 10s. Street march:
