CLEARING SALE.
Abraham and William?, Lid., report or. a clearing held on July 13, on account of Mr D. MeC’lintoek in conjunction with the N.Z. Farmers’ Co-op. Distributing Company, Limited. The slock came forward in splendid condition and the sheep in particular were a. nice lot, showing well in hi mb. There was a largo attendance, and purchasers were keen to buy the good class of stock submitted. The following were, values realised: 149 2th owes r.w. Southdown rams. 31s lOd; 183 4th do., 335; 260 6tb and 4-yr do., 25s 3d : 180 do., 24? 3d: springing cows, £7, £9, £l3; springing heifers, from £5 5s to £8 ss; yearling heifers. £3 ss. Sundries, etc., sold at values on a par with other sales.
