RECONSTRUCTION RUAIOURS. LONDON. June 28. R ummiors of a reconstruction of the Cabinet are reviewed by the DailyHerald (Labour), which says the Lord President of the Council, Viscount Runciman, the Lord Chancellor, Lord Maugham, and the First Lord of the Admiralty, Earl Stanhope, are expected to retire soon. This * will enable a general reshuffle, on which Air Chamberlain has decided after alarm due to the Government's decline of authority, as the result of sill-renders on important issues.
