LABOUR’S CAPACITY. LONDON, June 12. _ Tbe Minister of Finance (Hon. AY. Nash), in an article in the Daily Herald headed “A Message of New Hope,” gives his view of conditions in New Zealand after three and a half years of Labour Government. He emphasises that there has been an improvement in general well-being, but he does not overlook the strains and uncertainties shared with Great Britain. Mr Nash concludes the article by stating that his Government can copo with all its problems.
