CHINESE SUCCESS.
Received Mav 22, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, May 21. The Chungking correspondent of the British United Press says that the Chinese claim the recapture of Tsaoyang and their forces are now converging on Suilisien. Plain clothes Chinese entered Tsinan and attacked the Federated Bank near the Japanese barracks.
