TROOPS IN MOROCCO.
CONCENTRATIONS INCREASE. LONDON, April 17. The Tangier correspondent of the British United Press reports that about 12,000 Spanish troops have been transported from the mainland to Spanish Morocco during the past 48 hours. All are concentrated near the Tangier international zone. Spanish newspapers in Tangier report that 90,000 soldiers are nowstationed in Spanish Morocco, compared with 38,000 before the civil war.
