BRITISH PRESS REMARKS
LONDON, April 17. The British Press, without dissent, extols President Roosevelt for his peace appeal to the dictators. The Daily Herald remarks that, if the dictators reject President Roosevelt’s offer and force war on the world, their long list of enemies certainly would include the United States.
