ITALIANS IN ALBANIA
Received April 18, 12.35 p.m. ROME. April 17.
The Italian Minister to Albania has been, raised to the rank of Ambassador.
The secretary of the Fascist Party (Signor Stnrncc) is to Tirana on April 23 to found a Fascist Party. The Albanian Army will be represented at a military review in Rome on May 9, and an Albanian regiment is being quartered in Romo permanently.
