Mrs F. H. Rolling is a Palmerston North visitor to Wellington. Mrs 0. Freyberg, of North Street, is visting her mother, Mrs Wilfred Rathbone, of Auckland. Miss T. Hewitt, of Church Street, is the guest of Mrs Fox, of Tokomaru Bay. Mrs John Duncan, of Horetaunga, is expected in Palmerston North tomorrow to visit her mother. Mrs P. E. Baldwin, of Ferguson Street. Arrangements have been made for a team from the Port Ahuriri "Women’s Bowling Club to visit Palmerston North this week to play several matches. Mesdamos A. McPherson and E. W. Drake, president and secretary of the Palmerston North branch of the League of Mothers, and Mesdames F. Dymock (president) and J. E. 11. Mewett, of the Terrace End branch, will be delegates to the quarterly meeting of the provincial executive in Wellington, to-morrow, and will afterwards attend the garden.party to he given by Mrs 11. Cornish, of Khandallah. provincial president. Mrs Dymock will remain in "Wellington for a week before embarking on April G to attend the triennial conference of the Associated Country Women of the World in Tamdon. Mrs Drake will return to Palmerston North to-morrow night.
