AJAX NOT TO START.
RACE ON SATURDAY. DEFAULTER’S FIRST OUTING. Received March 28. 12.15 p.m. SYDNEY, March 28. Mr E. L. Baillieu. speaking for the oilier two part-owners, annormced that Ajax will not start in the Chipping Norton Stakes at Warwick Farm on Saturday. Defaidter will have his first Australian race in the Chipping Norton Stakes in which lie will bo, opposed by Spear Chief, the conqueror of Ajax.
